Referrals must be new prospective carriers or owner-operators who are not currently active clients of Hamby United Truck Mgmt.
Employees, contractors, and owners of Hamby United Truck Mgmt. may not be eligible for referral rewards unless otherwise approved by management.
The referred carrier must complete all required onboarding documents and become an active dispatching client.
The referred carrier must identify Hamby United Truck Mgmt. as a result of the referral submission.
Referral rewards are only earned after the referred carrier completes the required load milestones while actively dispatching with Hamby United Truck Mgmt.
Earn $100 when the referred carrier successfully completes 5 dispatched loads through Hamby United Truck Mgmt.
Earn an additional $300 when the referred carrier successfully completes 10 dispatched loads through Hamby United Truck Mgmt.
Maximum reward per qualified referral: $400.
If multiple individuals submit the same referral, credit will be awarded to the first referral submission received by Hamby United Truck Mgmt., as determined by company records.
Referral rewards will be issued after qualification has been verified by Hamby United Truck Mgmt.
Processing times may vary, but qualified rewards are typically issued within 7 days of verification.
Hamby United Truck Mgmt. reserves the right to request payment information or documentation necessary to process rewards.
Self-referrals are not permitted.
Fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, or spam submissions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hamby United Truck Mgmt.
Hamby United Truck Mgmt. reserves the right to deny rewards for referrals that do not meet program requirements.
Hamby United Truck Mgmt. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time.
Any qualified referrals submitted prior to a program change will be evaluated according to the terms in effect at the time of submission.
All referral eligibility, qualification status, and reward determinations shall be made by Hamby United Truck Mgmt. and shall be considered final.
