Before dispatching begins, carriers complete our operating agreement. Here's what to expect and what you'll need to get approved.

FIRST LOAD FREE

Your first load is free as long as the trial continues for the next 2 subsequent loads after agreement approval.

8% DISPATCH FEE

8% dispatch fee, with an optional additional 2% for billing & invoicing services — a maximum total fee of 10%.

Copy of Insurance Certificate & Insurance Company Contact
Signed W-9
Blank NOA from Factoring Company
Factoring Company Name, Address & Phone
Signed Service Agreement (completed in intake form)
KEY AGREEMENT TERMS
8% dispatch fee, optional +2% for billing/invoicing, 10% maximum total
No hidden fees — you pay only the invoiced amount
Not a long-term contract — either party may terminate with 7 days written notice
Hamby United handles paperwork, rate confirmations, and broker communication
Carrier is responsible for all cargo, compliance, and federal regulations
Arbitration in the State of Alabama

Completing the intake form constitutes your authorized electronic signature on both the Carrier Operating Agreement and the Limited Power of Attorney.
