HAMBY United agrees to assist the carrier with dispatch support, load search, load
communication, and related administrative support based on the information provided by
the carrier.
The carrier understands that HAMBY United acts as a dispatching support service and does
not take ownership of the carrier's company, equipment, authority, or business decisions.
- The carrier remains responsible for maintaining active authority, insurance, and compliance.
- The carrier is responsible for accepting or rejecting loads.
- The carrier is responsible for safe and legal operation of all equipment.
- HAMBY United will communicate load options and assist with dispatch-related needs.
Non-Solicitation & Protection of Customer Base
Carrier acknowledges that HAMBY United may develop and provide valuable business
relationships with shippers, receivers, brokers, and other customers. Therefore, the
carrier agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, communicate with, or perform
services for any HAMBY United-provided customer during this agreement and for two (2)
years after termination, unless approved in writing by HAMBY United.
Carrier also agrees not to share, disclose, or transfer HAMBY United-provided customer
information to any outside party.
If the carrier directly works with a HAMBY United-provided customer without approval,
the carrier must pay HAMBY United 10% of all revenue earned from that customer, payable
within 10 days of each violation.
